Chlorination kits are systems that primarily dose chlorine into water based on the volume of water measured by a pulse-generating meter. They can be utilized for water chlorination to oxidize iron, manganese, ammonium, etc., or to introduce a protective dose against bacterial growth. Furthermore, these kits can also be employed in other applications requiring precise dosing based on a specific volume, such as pH regulation, coagulant dosing, fertilization liquids, etc. The precise dosing of chlorine or other solutions is performed by the dosing pump following a pulse received from the pre-equipped meter for transmitting pulses after a certain volume of fluid, measured by the meter, has passed. Thus, the executive element in this system is the dosing pump, and the control element is the pulse-generating meter. The dosing pump carries out the dosing operation according to the user’s specific settings.
