These kits can also be used in other applications requiring precise dosing based on a specific volume, such as pH adjustment, coagulant dosing, fertilization liquids, etc. Precise dosing of chlorine or other solutions is performed by the dosing pump following a pulse received from the meter pre-equipped to transmit pulses after a certain volume of fluid measured by the meter has passed. Thus, the executive element in this system is the dosing pump and the control element is the pulse-generating meter. The dosing pump performs the dosing operation according to the user’s specific settings.
