The delivery package includes all mounting accessories such as screws, plugs, hoses. The units are designed for 230V, 50 Hz. -Operating principle: The installation works on the activated sludge principle and batch water treatment (SBR, Sequencing Batch Reactor). Impurities are metabolized by microorganisms in the water, which multiply forming activated sludge. Wastewater enters the pre-treatment tank. Pre-treated water is transported by the sludge pump to the treatment tank. The pump starts at 2-hour intervals activating the connecting pipe (communicating vessels). Aeration is intermittent, the aeration phase ceasing after 6 hours. The sedimentation phase follows. After 2 hours, during which the sludge settles, the discharge pump starts. By switching a float, discharge is interrupted when the adjusted level is reached. After approx. 8 hours the treatment of the first batch is completed and the second cycle starts. The system is controlled by a microprocessor control unit for setting and recording the plant's operating parameters. When commissioned, the system is set for the maximum number of users. Changing settings is not necessary in case of temporary under- or over-loads. Info: The system reaches maximum treatment capacity after a priming period of approximately one month. This period may be several months in case of use below designed capacity or at temperatures below 12\u00b0C. Economic operating mode: if there is no wastewater input for a period longer than 4 hours, the system automatically switches to holiday mode: aeration time is reduced, ensuring the minimum amount of oxygen to keep bacteria alive, simultaneously with sludge recirculation for nutrient supply. Thus, energy is saved and microorganisms are kept alive for a determined period of time without nutrient supply."}
