How does aquaPur\u00ae work?\"\"<\/p>\n

AquaPur\u00ae performs 5 functions:<\/p>\n

1. Buffer Tank<\/strong>
Depending on the chosen capacity, aquaPur\u00ae provides a buffer water volume of 300, 500, or 750 liters. This quantity ensures consumption during periods when water supply is interrupted or reduces the number of pump starts from the supply. Sizing is done considering that, on average, a person consumes approximately 150 liters of water daily. This volume must be increased if you use water from the buffer tank for other activities (garden watering, etc.). <\/p>\n

2. Power Supply Control (Mains or Pump)<\/strong>
AquaPur can be connected to a water mains or a well. For mains supply, the opening\/closing command for the inlet is performed by a mechanical float. If the water level drops below the minimum, the float opens and closes when the maximum level is reached. If the water source is a well, an automatic control device, Brio 200M, will be added to the inlet. The controller automates the well pump command by detecting a pressure drop in the network (float open, water level below minimum). The pump starts, the water level rises until the float closes. The controller detects the maximum pressure in the network and stops the pump. <\/p>\n

\t\"Aqua3. Drinking Water Supply<\/strong>
AquaPur is equipped with a submersible pump \u2013 for water supply to the consumption network and automatic pressure maintenance \u2013 via a submersible pump. The pump has an integrated electronic automatic control device for starting and stopping. When a pressure drop is detected (an open tap), the pump starts automatically and maintains pressure in the system (it will deliver the necessary water to any point in the network). When consumption ceases, the pressure increases, and the pump stops automatically. <\/p>\n

4. Mechanical Filtration<\/strong>
The mechanical filter consists of a support and a wound polypropylene thread cartridge, designed to filter particles larger than 5 microns suspended in the water, thereby reducing turbidity, and at the outlet, an activated carbon filter for improving water taste and odor.<\/p>\n

\t\"\"5. Protection<\/strong>
Silver’s ability to inhibit microorganism growth has been known since antiquity, used to ensure water potability. The active agent is a mixture of inorganic Ag-based compounds embedded in the material. In the presence of water, silver ions are slowly released and inhibit microorganism growth by interfering with cellular mechanisms responsible for multiplication. The active Ag technology offers a dual effect: it inhibits microorganism growth on the tank surface and preserves the potability of the stored medium. Its action extends to a very wide range of microorganisms \u2013 over 25 classes of bacteria, algae, fungi, molds, etc. Studies conducted in specialized institutes (Cantacuzino Institute, Bucharest; Hygiene Institut des Ruhrgebiets Trink und Badewasserhygiene, Gelsenkirchen, Germany, Industrial Microbiological Services LTD, Stafford, England) have shown that within the first 24 hours of contact, aquaPur\u00ae ensures a reduction of approximately 99.5% of Staphylococcus Aureus, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Escherichia Coli, and Legionella Pneumophila cultures. <\/p>\n
