Used in natural gas supply networks with branch pressure of: 200mbar – 5bar. They are equipped with a drilling system and connection can be made regardless of whether the network is under pressure or not. The tapping saddles are fitted (from factory), on the outlet of the tapping saddle, with the gas stop device, which is a safety device that ensures that in case of accidental rupture of the branch pipe, explosions, personal injuries, gas losses, etc. are prevented. The safety devices are of the non-automatic reset type, for unlocking them it is necessary to use special reset kits available from Distrigaz Sud\/ENGIE teams. -Material: PE 100 SDR 11 (ISO S5) -Manufacturing standard according to EN 1555-1:2011. ISO 4437-3 -Manufacturing method: by injection molding -Electrofusion fitting resistance is embedded in material -Interior surfaces of fittings have smooth surfaces, without striations -Welding temperature between -10C +45C -Welding voltage 40 V -With integrated cutter for drilling pipes under pressure -4 mm connectors -Welding indicators with limited displacement -Electrofusion tapping saddles = d250 mm, are supplied with a fixing clamp, attached at one end and with the tightening system at the other end. For installation, they do not require special devices, only a socket wrench is sufficient. Installation is carried out according to installation instructions by authorized personnel. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
