ELEKTRA 1000 is a high-performance universal welding machine, suitable for welding HDPE, PP, PPR fittings (8–48 V). Consists of: the machine body, surrounded by a tubular steel frame, providing a protective structure, a design functional to the welding process, and also serving as a carrying handle and cable holder. Large graphic display, outstanding for the size and resolution of the icons, ensuring easy setup and viewing of the welding stages. Intuitive control panel, which simplifies and speeds up welding settings. Universal connectors. No other adapter required. GPS (on request), useful for jobs where traceability is required. A laser scanner—barcode reading system—allowing automatic setting of welding parameters. However, there are two manual setting options: by setting the welding voltage/time parameters or by entering the numeric code marked on the fitting in order to automatically recognize the welding parameters. Internal memory of 4,000 records; welding data, including the operator’s name, can be generated in PDF format. These reports can be downloaded to a PC via a USB port. The USB port allows welding software updates; reports can be downloaded or printed via ESC-POS connection.
