This product is used in indoor drainage systems for the discharge of domestic wastewater in non-pressure flow conditions (where the leak test is performed at a maximum of 0.5 bar), especially for building risers where sound attenuation of water discharge from upper floors is desired.

The pipes, in furnace black, are made of PP with mineral additives, featuring a triple-layer wall construction, and are equipped with a socket and gasket at one end.
The range of dimensions includes diameters from 40 mm to 160 mm, with lengths between 250 mm and 3000 mm.
The acoustic performance is 16 dB for a flow rate of 2 l/s. The sound-absorbing properties are certified following measurements conducted in the laboratories of the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, in accordance with EN 14366. The use of sound-absorbing clamps is recommended.
To reduce the noise level of indoor drainage systems, we recommend:
• Selecting a system of pipes and fittings with good sound-absorbing properties;
• Ensuring correct system design;
• Proper installation of the system using appropriate products.
