VALPlast multilayer pipes are manufactured from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) and are used in municipal gravity sewerage and drainage networks.

Product standard: SR EN 13476-2 "Plastics piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage. Structured-wall piping systems of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Specifications for pipes and fittings with smooth internal and external surface and for the system, Type A".

The pipes feature an expanded PVC-U intermediate layer situated between a compact PVC-U outer layer and inner layer.
The pipes are joined using a socket and sealing gasket.

Depending on the resistance class, the pipes are classified as follows:
– SN2 with min. 2 kN/m² ring stiffness;
– SN4 with min. 4 kN/m² ring stiffness;
– SN8 with min. 8 kN/m² ring stiffness.
