VALPlast solid-wall (single-layer) PVC-U pipes are manufactured from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride and are used in municipal gravity sewerage and drainage networks.

Product standard: SR EN 1401-1 Buried plastic piping systems for sewerage and drainage—Gravity systems. Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U). Specification for pipes, fittings and the system.

The pipes have a single-layer wall, made of homogeneous, solid PVC-U material.
The pipes are jointed with socket and sealing gasket.

Depending on the strength class, the pipes are classified as follows:
SN2 (SDR51) with minimum ring stiffness 2 kN/m²;
SN4 (SDR41) with minimum ring stiffness 4 kN/m²;
SN8 (SDR34) with minimum ring stiffness 8 kN/m²;
SN10 (SDR31) with minimum ring stiffness 10 kN/m²;
SN12 (SDR31) with minimum ring stiffness 12 kN/m²;
SN16 (SDR26) with minimum ring stiffness 16 kN/m².
