Used in indoor sewage systems for the evacuation of domestic wastewater in gravity flow regime (where the tightness test is performed at max. 0.5 bar), where sound damping from water discharge is desired.

Black color, mass-colored, single-layer, made of PP with mineral additives.
Socket and gasket joining system, no special tools, adhesives or solvents required.
Acoustic performance is 16dB for a flow rate of 2 l/s. Sound-absorbing properties are certified following measurements performed in the laboratories of the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, according to EN 14366. The use of sound-absorbing clamps is recommended.
To reduce the noise level of indoor sewage systems, it is recommended to:
• Choose a system of pipes and fittings with good sound-absorbing properties;
• Ensure correct design of the installations;
• Correctly install the system using appropriate products.
