SDR 17 polyethylene tees, manufactured by welding segments of PE100 SDR 17 pipe, are used for building pressurized water supply networks (including drinking water) with a maximum pressure of PN 8 bar (calculated for a temperature of 20°C).
The fittings are tested in accordance with EN 12201-3: Plastics piping systems for water supply and for service connections and pressurized drainage systems. Polyethylene (PE). Part 3: Fittings. Table B.1, Annex B.
