Butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic self-alignment suitable for
welding pressure pipes for water, gas and other
fluids, with diameters ranging from 90-315 mm.
Built in accordance with international standards (UNI 10565, ISO 12176-1),
BASIC 315 includes:
-the machine body is a support frame, four clamps and two
hydraulic cylinders with quick coupling connections,
available with the SMARTLocK quick adaptation system patented by Ritmo,
-heating plate covered with teflon (PTFE) with a built-in
thermometer, for checking the working temperature, and a
high-precision electronic thermoregulator Digital Dragon (±1°C) with
digital display and adjustment buttons. This system has
LED indicators to verify that the machine is operating normally
(voltage and working temperature), probe errors and/or
temperature anomalies.
-extractable electric facing tool for preparing pipe ends and/
or fittings. Includes a safety
micro-switch and a thermal switch.
-electro-hydraulic unit mechanically and weather protected by a
plastic housing. Includes control lever, for
opening and closing the clamps, maximum pressure and discharge valves,
hydraulic connection hoses with quick couplings and
timer (to verify heating and welding times).
The welding machine is preset for connecting
the electronic controller THE INSPECTOR (which is optional)
-support for facing tool and heating plate
BASIC 315 is capable of welding fittings, such as elbows, tees,
Y-branches and long construction flange ends without any
adapter.
