VALPlast D.250 Non-Return Backwater Valve with Shut-off
The inspection chamber features a specially designed internal profile to
prevent flow interruption (the transverse flow
section does not narrow). It offers full access for pipe cleaning.
The flap is made of rigid injection-molded PVC and is fully detachable
for maintenance.
Sealing is guaranteed by a flat gasket, ensuring a watertight connection verified
at a 5-meter water column.
The internal sliding support for the flap is made of technopolymer,
ideal for impact absorption and resistant to bending. All
components are demountable for periodic maintenance.
The flap gasket has a double-lip profile to ensure optimal
sealing. Internal shape: cascade profile, ensuring no
reduction in flow section.

Usage
The backflow prevention valve is used in non-pressurized
sewage systems as protection against building flooding.
The connection fittings are compatible with smooth-walled
sewage pipes, in accordance with SR EN 1329, SR EN 1401, and SR EN
134762.
Installation
The non-return valve with shut-off is installed horizontally on the household discharge
pipe. The flow direction marked on
the valve body must be observed.
