VALPlast inspection chamber 180° SR EN 13598-2 1IN1OUT D500 H2010
VALPlast PP inspection chambers are used in external sewer networks for wastewater and stormwater in localities, gravity flow with a free surface.
Product standard: SR EN 13598-2 “Plastic piping systems for drainage and sewerage, underground, non-pressure. Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Specifications for manholes and inspection chambers”; SR CEN/TS 13598-3 “Plastic sewer systems for house connections and buried drainage systems, non-pressure. Part 3: Guide for conformity assessment”.
The chambers are manufactured from polypropylene (PP) by the rotational forming process “rotomolding”.
They have a cylindrical shape with reinforcements and adjustments that ensure the chamber’s structural integrity.
Access into the chamber is via profiled steps in the chamber wall. The access diameter into the chamber is 640 mm. The nominal outside diameter of the inspection chamber is 1100 mm.
Accessories for inspection chambers (not included, can be ordered separately):
– 640 mm sealing gasket for inspection chamber (47901000116)
– Extension with H=100-300 mm (47901000213) or H=100-600 mm (47901000216) for inspection chamber. Important: More than one extension cannot be used.
– Metal part for fixing the chamber extension (47901000125)
– PE protective cover with Dext 700 mm (47901000008) or Dext 800 mm (47901000006) – select the appropriate cover depending on the situation (chamber with/without extension).
