VALPlast multilayer high-modulus polypropylene (PP-HM) pipes are used in external networks for the collection and conveyance of wastewater and stormwater from localities.

Product standard: SR EN 13476-2 “Plastics piping systems for drainage and sewerage, non-pressure, underground. Structured-wall piping systems of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Specifications for pipes and fittings with smooth internal and external surface and for the system, Type A”.

The pipes have an intermediate layer of PP-B (block copolymer) located between an outer layer and an inner layer of compact PP-HM material. The pipes are manufactured by co-extrusion.

The pipes are chamfered at both ends and are joined with a socket with a sealing gasket, supplied together with the pipe.

Depending on the strength class, the pipes are classified:
– SN8 with ring stiffness min. 8 kN/m²;
– SN10 with ring stiffness min. 10 kN/m².
