VALPlast connection and inspection chambers, made up of components, are used for inspecting and cleaning gravity sewer networks.
The chambers are designed to facilitate the insertion of video inspection cameras (CCTV), allow high-pressure jet cleaning (Jetting), and are compatible with most composite or cast-iron cover systems available on the market.
Product standard: SR EN 13598-2 Plastic piping systems for buried drainage and sewerage under gravity. Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Specifications for manholes and inspection chambers in traffic areas and for buried pipelines at greater depths.
VALPlast connection and inspection chambers feature a modular design that allows easy manual installation, without requiring mechanized equipment.
The chambers consist of:
– chamber base, injection-molded,
– raising column (PVC extension for the chamber)
– telescopic extension DN315 L=650 mm for covers (for DN400 chambers)
– telescopic sleeve gasket DN315/400 (for DN400 chambers)
– cast-iron cover class A15 – 1.5 t, B125 – 12.5 t, C250 – 25 t or D400 – 40 t, according to the product name.
