The adjustable extension element, h=300 mm, SafeKIT D125 with PVC insulating flange (D355) is used to extend the height of flat-roof drains when the waterproofing is a PVC membrane. Waterproofing continuity in the drain mouth area is achieved in the same way as on the rest of the surface, e.g., hot-air welding specific to PVC membranes. It can be used both when a second waterproofing layer (or vapour barrier) is required, which will be fixed to the insulating flange, and when the thickness of the flat-roof layers requires it.
