The adjustable height extension element, h=300mm, SafeKIT D125 with PVC
insulating flange (D355) is used for vertical extension
of flat roof drains when the waterproofing
is made of PVC membrane. The continuity of the waterproofing in
the drain outlet area is achieved in the same way as
on the rest of the surface, for example hot air
welding characteristic of PVC membranes.
It can be used both when a second layer
of waterproofing (or vapor barrier) is required which
will be fixed to the insulating flange, and when the thickness of the layers
of the flat roof requires it.
It is treated as an accessory to the elements for collecting
stormwater flows from flat roofs or balconies and
directing them to the building’s sewage system.
