The steel tanks offered by Valrom are designed for storing potable water for domestic use and/or for fire fighting. They are cylindrical and installed above ground. The tanks are designed based on the characteristics of the area where they will operate: atmospheric pressure, seismic risk, snow load, wind speed, and minimum temperature of the installation site. The tanks are made of galvanized steel panels assembled with bolts and fixing supports at the point of use, insulated with polystyrene boards and a liner. The tanks are equipped with an access hatch and external access ladder, a filling connection, a network supply connection, and an overflow. Upon request, they can be supplied with electric frost protection, additional connections for other equipment, or other devices for controlling and maintaining the water level in the tank.
