Thanks to the increased resistance of PE100RC material to slow crack growth, these pipes can also be installed using unconventional methods (e.g., horizontal directional drilling, relining) without reducing the network’s service life, or in open trench without sand bedding; backfilling shall be carried out with the excavated soil if it can be compacted.
