The construction of the WaterPro PE100 pipe conforms to SR EN 12201-2 Plastic piping systems for water supply and for connections and pressure sewerage systems. Polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Pipes - Annex C Pipes with peelable layer.
The black high-density polyethylene PE100 pipe, with dimensions conforming to EN 12201-2, is covered by a peelable blue thermoplastic protective layer applied during manufacturing (co-extrusion).
The protective layer safeguards the pipe against mechanical stresses during transport, handling, storage, and UV radiation.
