WaterPro PE100 pipes with protective coating and detection wire are used in pressurized cold water supply networks (including drinking water) for installation using conventional methods, in open trenches, with sand bedding.

The construction of WaterPRO PE100 pipe complies with SR EN 12201-2 Plastics piping systems for water supply and for drainage and sewerage under pressure. Polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Pipes - Annex C Pipes with peelable layer.

The high-density polyethylene pipe type PE100 black color with dimensions according to EN 12201-2 is covered with a protective layer of blue thermoplastic material from the manufacturing phase (coextrusion). The protective layer serves to protect the pipe from mechanical stress during transport, handling, storage and UV radiation. A detection wire is inserted under the protective layer for locating the pipe position.
