Acoustic performance is 16 dB for a flow rate of 2 l/s. Sound-absorbing properties are certified following measurements performed in the laboratories of the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, according to EN 14366. The use of sound-absorbing clamps is recommended.
Fire behavior classification, in accordance with DIN 4102-1, is class B1. When passing through ceilings, we recommend using fire-resistant clamps as a protective measure against flame propagation.
To reduce the noise level of indoor sewage systems, we recommend:
• Choosing a pipe and fitting system with good sound-absorbing properties;
• Proper design of the installations;
• Correct installation of the system using appropriate products.
