Used in indoor sewage systems for the evacuation of domestic wastewater, at low and high temperatures, in non-pressure flow regime (where the tightness test is performed at max. 0.5 bar), and in associated natural ventilation systems.
Reference standard: SR EN 1329-1.
The orange-brown pipes are made of PVC-U and are fitted with a socket with gasket at one end.
The range of dimensions includes diameters of 50 mm, with lengths between 250 and 4000 mm.
The fire behavior classification of PVC-U piping in accordance with SR EN 13501 is class C. The material is fire-resistant, with self-extinguishing properties when the fire source is removed. Fire-retardant treatment is not necessary as with other indoor sewage materials, as PVC-U material is inherently fire-retardant. When passing through ceilings, we recommend using fire collars as a protective measure against flame propagation.
For the installation of indoor sewage systems, compliance with national and European design and installation requirements is recommended.
