The Ecos 250 is a butt fusion machine for PE, PP, PB, and PVDF pipes and fittings with diameters ranging from 75 to 250 mm, suitable for workshops or trenches. It features a manually controlled hydraulic unit and a temperature controller integrated into the heating plate handle. BASE MACHINE (Frame)

The welding machines are delivered on a pallet and in a cardboard box for component protection during transport. According to regulations, an annual revision is required. The welding machines allow for recording and printing welding protocols only when equipped with the WR 200 S ECO recorder (code 53512000250), which is supplied upon request. Reducer inserts are supplied upon request. The set of reducer inserts includes 4 wide and 4 narrow aluminum cast inserts for each dimension. The wide inserts also serve to re-round ovalized pipe ends.
