Built to international standards (UNI 10565, ISO 12176-1), DELTA 500 includes: -machine body: a support frame, four clamps/jaws and two hydraulic cylinders with quick-connect couplings, -removal device: helps remove the heating plate during the welding process, -heating plate with a separate thermometer to check the working temperature, -removable electric facer for preparing pipe ends and/or fittings. Includes a safety micro-switch and a thermal cut-out. The facer’s plastic control box is protected by a metal frame and equipped with a quick-release system to quickly remove the facer from the machine body. -hydraulic unit: closes and opens the clamps via a handle, pressure relief valve and maximum pressure (also useful for the Dual Pressure welding procedure), hydraulic hoses for connection with quick couplers and a timer (for heating and welding phases).
