VALPlast multilayer pipes are manufactured from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) and are used in municipal gravity sewage and drainage networks.

Product Standard: SR EN 13476-2 "Plastics piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage. Structured-wall piping systems of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Specifications for pipes and fittings with smooth internal and external surface and for the system, Type A."

The pipes feature an intermediate layer of expanded PVC-U situated between an outer and an inner layer of compact PVC-U.
The pipes are joined with a socket and a sealing gasket.

Depending on the resistance class, the pipes are classified as follows:
– SN2 with a minimum annular stiffness of 2kN/m2;
– SN4 with a minimum annular stiffness of 4kN/m2;
– SN8 with a minimum annular stiffness of 8kN/m2.
