1. Application Area

_ Grease separators are designed to retain fats and oils from domestic wastewater or wastewater originating from the food industry, butcheries, canteens, etc. Their purpose is to protect sewage networks from clogging. Grease separators are installed on the sewage network (branch) in sections where wastewater containing fats and oils is present, as close as possible to their point of origin. The applications for which it is configured comply with EN 1825-2.

2. Technical Specifications

_ The operation of the grease separator is based on the gravitational principle. Wastewater containing fats and vegetable oils enters the separator through a calming connection, without affecting the separation process. Inside the separator, a baffle system creates spaces such that the water's flow through them ensures optimal separation of light particles (fats and oils), which rise to the water's surface, and heavy particles, which settle at the bottom of the separator. Thus, the water exiting the separator can be transported through the public or private sewage system. _ The grease separator is sized and verified according to EN 1825-1.

3. Packaging, Handling, Transport, and Storage

_ Separators are delivered unpackaged. WARNING! Do not disassemble the separator.

_ When moving from one place to another, contact with surfaces that may scratch or

damage the product (dragging) is prohibited.

4. Warranty

_ Lifespan: 30 years, provided transport, storage, handling, installation, and maintenance instructions are followed.

_ Warranty: 2 years from the invoice date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover

defects due to faulty transport, handling, storage, or installation.
