VALPlast multi-layer polypropylene (PP) pipes are used in external networks for the collection and transport of wastewater and stormwater from localities.

Product standard: SR EN 13476-2 "Plastic piping systems for discharge and sewerage, non-pressure, underground. Structured-wall piping systems of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP), and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Specifications for pipes and fittings with smooth internal and external surfaces and for the system, Type A."

The pipes have an intermediate layer of expanded PP located between an outer layer and an inner layer of compact PP material. The pipes are manufactured by co-extrusion.

The pipes are joined with socket and sealing gasket.

Depending on the strength class, the pipes are classified:
– SN2 with minimum ring stiffness 2 kN/m²;
– SN4 with minimum ring stiffness 4 kN/m²;
– SN8 with minimum ring stiffness 8 kN/m².
