The pipes are manufactured from polypropylene (PP) using the co-extrusion process.
The pipe wall is multilayer, consisting of:
-the outer and inner layers, made of compact PP
-the intermediate layer, made of expanded PP.
The pipes are brown-orange (RAL8023) and are equipped with a socket and gasket at one end.
Stiffness class SN4.
Ring stiffness SN4 (determined according to ISO 9969) = min. 4 kN/m²

Use
Multilayer polypropylene (PP) pipes are used in external non-pressure sewerage networks (gravity sewerage where flow is free-level) for the transport of wastewater from localities.
SN4 classified PP pipes are installed underground, in narrow or wide trenches (see trench classification). The laying depth (measured at the upper generatrix of the pipe) is between 1.2 m ÷ 6.0 m for medium or light street traffic (maximum 12 tonnes/axle) and between 1.2 m ÷ 4.0 m for heavy street traffic (maximum 18 tonnes/axle), in compliance with laying instructions.
