VALPlast compact-wall (single-layer) PVC-U pipes are made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride and are used in municipal gravity sewer and drainage networks.

Product standard: SR EN 1401-1 Buried plastic piping systems for drains and sewers for gravity applications. Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U). Specification for pipes, fittings and the system.

The pipes are single-wall, made of homogeneous and compact PVC-U material.
The pipes are joined with a socket and sealing gasket.

Depending on the strength class, the pipes are classified as follows:
SN2 (SDR51) with minimum ring stiffness 2 kN/m2;
SN4 (SDR41) with minimum ring stiffness 4 kN/m2;
SN8 (SDR34) with minimum ring stiffness 8 kN/m2;
SN10 (SDR31) with minimum ring stiffness 10 kN/m2;
SN12 (SDR31) with minimum ring stiffness 12 kN/m2;
SN16 (SDR26) with minimum ring stiffness 16 kN/m2.
