VALPlast multilayer pipes are made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) and are used in municipal gravity sewer and drainage networks.

Product standard: SR EN 13476-2 "Plastic piping systems for non-pressure underground drainage and sewerage. Structured-wall piping systems of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). Part 2: Specifications for pipes and fittings with smooth internal and external surface and for system, type A".

The pipes have an intermediate layer of expanded PVC-U located between an outer and an inner layer of compact PVC-U.
Pipes are joined with socket and sealing gasket.

Depending on the stiffness class, pipes are classified as:
– SN2 with min. ring stiffness 2 kN/m2;
– SN4 with min. ring stiffness 4 kN/m2;
– SN8 with min. ring stiffness 8 kN/m2.
