Valrom’s steel tanks are designed for the storage of potable water for domestic use and/or firefighting. They are cylindrical and installed above ground. The design of the tanks is based on the characteristics of the operational area: atmospheric pressure, seismic risk, snow load, wind speed, and minimum temperature of the installation site. The tanks are constructed from galvanized steel panels, assembled with bolts and fixing supports on-site, and insulated with polystyrene boards and a liner. The tanks are equipped with an access hatch and external access ladder, a filling connection, a network supply connection, and an overflow. Upon request, they can be supplied with an electric anti-freeze heater, additional connections for other equipment, or other devices for controlling and maintaining the water level in the tank.
