Used in indoor sewerage installations for the discharge of domestic wastewater in gravity flow (non-pressure) conditions (where the leak-tightness test is performed at max. 0.5 bar), especially for building stacks, where sound attenuation from water discharge from upper floors is required.

The pipes, in furnace black, are made of PP with mineral additives, with a triple-layer wall construction, fitted at one end with a socket and gasket.
The size range includes diameters from 40 mm to 160 mm, with lengths between 250 and 3000 mm.
Acoustic performance is 16 dB at a flow rate of 2 l/s. The sound-absorbing properties are certified based on measurements carried out in the laboratories of the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, in accordance with EN 14366. The use of sound-absorbing clamps is recommended.
To reduce the noise level of indoor sewerage systems, it is recommended to:
• Choose a pipe and fitting system with good sound-absorbing properties;
• Ensure correct system design;
• Install the system correctly using suitable products.
